Today the students and I discussed what to do if they see others breaking the rules. We talked about how our class promise says "help classmates when they need it" which means reporting if someone is being treated unkindly. We also talked about the kind of incidents they need to tell me or another adult about--and the ones they can handle on their own or let go.
