Washington D.C

I'm super excited to be in Washington D.C with Ms. Julie, Sra. Dalila, Ms. Mary Ann, and Sra. Rosa at a responsive classroom conference and visiting some great places. I can't wait to tell all of you about it.

Ms. Cynthia visiting the Vietnam Memorial Wall
The Wall is inscribed with the names of service men and women who died while fighting in the Vietnam war.
Each wall is 246 feet, 9 inches long - the total length of the Wall is 493 feet, 6 inches

I took this picture of The Washington Monument with its image seen in the Reflecting Pool.

It was extra hot that day, I did a lot of walking to get to Lincoln.  But it was worth it!
